Section 62A
Salable
(1) Village councils and municipalities may sell slate, stone, gravel, sand and clay products within their area in the amount determined by environmental impact assessment and preliminary environmental testing.
(2) The rural municipality and the municipality can sell wood firewood, jarazuri, 1272, etc. in the public and public lands within their area.
(3) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), the amount received for the sale shall be deposited in the accumulated fund of rural municipality and municipality.
